Mango & Passion Fruit Pavlova

A summer time sweet treat, with the perfect balance of sweet and refreshing, this dessert is made simple using Lees meringues.

Ingredients

6, Lees Meringues Nests

400ml, Coconut cream

300ml, Thick Cream

8, Passion Fruits

400g, Mango Ripe

50g, Coconut Shavings

 

Process

1.1.Remove the solid from the coconut cream

2. Whip until light, fold in whipped cream

3. Spoon onto Lees Meringues Nests

4. Top with sliced mango and passion fruit pulp

5. Sprinkle over toasted coconut shavings
