Veggie Indian Burger

Taking inspiration from the East, this deliciously tasty Indian-inspired burger is a great addition to your vegetarian offer. Make it vegan by swapping out the raita with a dairy-free alternative.

Ingredients

Vegetarian bean burger

1 tbsp mango chutney

1 tbsp mint raita

Pomegranate seeds

Watercress

Fresh coriander leaves

Process

Cook the bean burgers as per pack instructions.

Lightly toast Kara’s Gourmet Brioche Bun and set aside.

Build the burger by placing a tablespoon of mango chutney onto the base, followed by watercress and coriander leaves.

Place the burger on the base, then top with the pomegranate seeds, a spoonful of raita and the burger bun lid. Serve immediately!

Top tip: Make this burger vegan by swapping out the raita with a dairy-free alternative.
