  • Cook the bean burgers as per pack instructions.
  • Lightly toast Kara’s Gourmet Brioche Bun and set aside.
  • Build the burger by placing a tablespoon of mango chutney onto the base, followed by watercress and coriander leaves.
  • Place the burger on the base, then top with the pomegranate seeds, a spoonful of raita and the burger bun lid. Serve immediately!
